The project consists of the construction of a new event center at the Madison County Fairgrounds in Twin Bridges, Montana. The work will consist of designing the structure and foundation, fabricating the structure, and delivering the structure and all appurtenances to the specified location within Twin Bridges, Montana. The supplied building includes all exterior walls, framing, roofing, siding, foundation connections, doors, and appurtenances for construction of a completely enclosed, and weather tight structure. Bidders are requested, but not required, to provide bids for identified optional bid items. Madison County will complete the interior improvements and finishing, site improvements and grading, and utility extensions. Foundation construction and building erection may be included in the contract or may be completed by Madison County using local forces or separate contracts. The supplied structure shall meet applicable local, state, and federal building codes and requirements. Madison County intends to complete the building erection and all site improvements by July 2027. Project has been cancelled.
