Description

Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Kitimat, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

The Ministry is seeking a qualified Contractor to undertake construction work at Bishop Bay Hot Springs. Bishop Bay Hot Springs is located in Bishop Bay - Monkey Beach Conservancy. Bishop Bay-Monkey Beach Conservancy is only accessible by boat or floatplane. It is located about 25 km east of Hartley Bay and 75 km south of Kitimat along the east side of Ursula Channel, east of Gribbell Island. The Work includes removing the existing wood deck, changehouse, and roof structures; repairing the concrete pools; and building new concrete footings, and a new wood deck, changehouse, and roof structure.
