Description

Renovation of a multi-residential development in Rock Springs, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

General contract for an Aluminum Pigtail Retrofit Electrical Receptacle Upgrade at Century Square Apartments (2125, 2145, 2165, 2185 Century Blvd), Gobel Grove Apartments (530 Gobel), and Thompson Square Apartments (1410, 1415, 1420, 1425, 1435, 1445, 1455, 1465 Thompson St.) in Rock Springs, Wyoming. Specifications are available at the Mayor's Office and the Rock Springs Housing Authority office. Sealed bids must be submitted with a certified check or bid bond of 5% of the bid amount. Bids will be opened by the City Council; the contract will be awarded to the lowest and most responsible bidder. Attention is required for equal employment opportunity, bonding requirements, Davis-Bacon wage rate regulations, and provisions for minority and women-owned businesses as stated in HUD Form 5369A. The City Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive informality, and no bid can be withdrawn for thirty days or until contract award.
