If there are any questions regarding the following specifications, please contact the Procurement Office at online General Requirements - Certification/Training - Insurance Required - License Required - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Labor and Materials Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % Remove and Replace HVAC System including - boilers, air handlers, air conditioning, tankless hot water tank and associated systems for Hanger #5 The County reserves the right to negotiate the final terms and conditions of any contract to be executed, including but limited to the fees. In the event that the County and a Respondent are unable to agree upon all contract provisions, the County reserves the right to cease negotiations, and move on to the select another Respondent, or to reject all proposals. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, reserves all rights granted to it by law, reserves the right to waive formalities and to take such action, as it deems necessary in the best interest of the County of Muskegon.
