Renovation of the middle school facility. project no= 25.117 Specific Items of Construction: 1 Prior to the start of any work, provide to Triangle an engineered, sealed wall bracing plan for the project per OSHA, and adhere to OSHA standards for the duration of the project. Establish and maintain controlled work zone areas including rope off materials, safety signage, wood barriers, temporary bracing etc. to make a safe and controlled work area for materials and workers as long as required by code. 2 Contractor is responsible for accurately measuring wind speeds on a daily basis as outlined in the MIOSHA "masonry wall bracing standard" and as directed by Triangle. 3 Provide and maintain an OSHA approved scaffolding system. 4 This contractor shall be responsible for all his own lifting, delivery, and staging of materials to the point of placement. 5 Remove all spoils from the project on a weekly basis. CM will not provide dumpsters for debris from this trade. 6 Provide complete mock-up of all conditions as specified and remove at the end of the project, or as directed by Triangle.
