Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Calumet City, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Owner is seeking bid proposals from qualified Contractors to perform approximately 20 miles of sewer cleaning and televising on various sewer locations in the southern limits of the City within four of the seven wards. The selected Contractor will be required to enter into a contract Agreement with the Owner and provide a one (1) year written warranty for labor, materials, equipment, and workmanship. Bidders must submit a complete bid proposal form, bid bond, certificate of liability insurance (COI), and all other requested information with their proposal package. Bid documents can be accessed online, and this contract shall adhere to Cook County Prevailing Wages. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive or not waive any informality in the proposals, and accept any proposal deemed most favorable to the Owner. If accepted, the proposal quotation and Project Specifications will become part of the Contract.
