Site work for a water / sewer project in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Furnishing all labor and materials necessary for the construction of Contract 2026-08-W, KWU 2026 Water Main Relay, Package #2. The work includes: Sunnyside Park - 26th Avenue to 27th Avenue, 83rd Street - 27th Avenue to 28th Avenue, 28th Avenue - 83rd Street to 84th Street, 84th Street - 27th Avenue to 28th Avenue. Quantities include approximately 2,133 linear feet of 8-inch main, 300 linear feet of directionally drilled 8-inch PVC, 47 service reconnections, hydrant installations, and restoration of the road and parkway, all in accordance with the included specifications. Sealed proposals must be submitted electronically via QuestCDN vBid Online Bidding. Bidders must be on the plan holders list through QuestCDN for bids to be accepted. Each bid must include a contract and bid bond, a certified check, or a bank cashier's check in the sum of five percent of the bid, payable to the Kenosha Water Utility as a guarantee for entering into the contract and properly securing its performance within fifteen days of the award. The form for "Bidder's Proof of Responsibility" must be completed and submitted to the General Manager not less than five calendar days before the bid opening. The successful bidder will be required to provide Worker's Compensation and Liability Insurance as specified. The Kenosha Water Utility reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept any bid considered most advantageous.
