Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Summerside, Prince Edward Island. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
To dismantle and dispose of existing field lighting fixtures on the Gordie Arsenault Baseball Field at Queen Elizabeth Park. To supply and install 20 new LED sport field lighting fixtures designed for baseball fields on the existing light poles and brackets. Conduct a lighting study of the field for positioning so the entire field is properly lit with the 20 fixtures on the 6 existing light poles. Upgrade any wiring that is needed for the lights to be completed. The installation dates and times must be coordinated with the Facilities Supervisor, Assistant Facilities Supervisor, and Scheduler to minimize interruption for field user groups. Interested parties are to conduct an onsite visit for proper measurements and design. The price must include HST, entered separately, and all specified warranties for the equipment. The price quotation form must be completed, signed, and dated. Prices shall not include HST and are to be added when invoiced. Sealed quotes must be clearly marked and submitted by the deadline; late, faxed, or emailed submissions will not be accepted. Quotations must be signed by authorized personnel, and all product literature must be enclosed with the submission.
