Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The elevator scope of work to be included under this section is for a full modernization of the existing building elevator and associated components. The purpose of the modernization is to address the non-operational elevator, but also to extend the life of the existing elevator while improving the dependability and serviceability in the future. Attached is a scope of work for elevator component replacement to be considered as a basis of the elevator modernization. It is the responsibility of the elevator contractor supplier to make an assessment of the existing elevator and components to determine the extent of repair and replacement of required and other Work indicated in the drawings and specifications.
