Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Palmyra, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field.
The project consists of Playground Equipment Package No.1 and Playground Equipment Package No.2, each requiring a multi-level tower system with slides, swings, and activity panels of commercial grade construction that meet ASTM standards, CPSC Public Playground Safety Guidelines, and/or other applicable industry standards. Bids must be submitted in writing using the forms provided within the bid documents, accompanied by a properly executed Bidders Affidavit, Non-Collusion Affidavit, Bid Security (10% of the total bid amount), and all other required documents. The successful bidder must, within fifteen days after award notification, enter into a written contract and provide a Performance Bond for 100% of the contract price along with all other required documentation. All bids must remain irrevocable for 60 days after opening. The entity reserves the right to reject or accept any or all bids, readvertise, or waive technical defects if deemed in its best interest. No bids will be considered from parties who have previously defaulted or failed to perform satisfactorily on a contract or agreement with the entity.
