Description

Demolition, site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Roosevelt, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Demolition and removal of existing trickling filter media, equipment, piping, and concrete tanks; replacement of cast-in-place concrete trickling filter tanks; replacement of mechanical components and filter media; installation of new piping and valves. Bonds: 10% Bid Bond, Certified Check required. Question Deadline 06/30/2026 No oral interpretations will be given to any bidder as to the meaning of the plans and specifications or any part thereof. Any request for such interpretations shall be made in writing to the Engineer and will be given consideration ifit is received at least 10 working days prior to the date scheduled for the opening of bids. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
