Renovation of a medical facility in Rock Springs, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The project involves updating and renovating the laundry facility at Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County. The scope of work includes establishing new steam heated dryers with intake plenum and centrifugal lint filter equipment, replacement of existing washer extractors and steam heated ironer in place, as well as required HVAC, electrical, and general trades to support the equipment updates. Laundry equipment, including new washer extractors, ironer, dryers, lint filter, and ancillary equipment, will be Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI). Bidders are required to access digital copies of project documents via the Quest CDN website for a fee and must submit electronic bids marked 'MHSC Laundry Renovation - Bid' stating the name of the bidding company in the subject line. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or waive any irregularities or formalities in any proposal. Selections will be based on qualifications, experience, bonding rate, margins, and proposed fees in response to the criteria requested in the RFP.
