Provide general construction contractor services for a seismic retrofit project addressing both structural and non-structural deficiencies within the Clemente Ruiz Nazario U.S. Courthouse. Work includes executing construction activities in accordance with issued construction drawings and specifications, while ensuring compliance with PBS Core Building Standards, Building Information Modeling (BIM) requirements, the U.S. Courts Design Guide, and U.S. Marshals Publication 64. The project will be performed within an occupied, fully operational high-security federal facility, requiring the contractor to plan and execute work primarily during non-business hours to minimize disruption to court operations. The contractor must manage site access, security requirements, and operational constraints, while implementing measures to mitigate impacts such as noise, vibration, and utility interruptions, and delivering high-quality finishes where required. Location: Clemente Ruiz Nazario U.S. Courthouse, 150 Carlos Chardon Avenue, San Juan, PR 00918, USA. Estimated magnitude of construction: $20,000,000 TO $40,000,000.
