Description

Renovation of a military facility in Fort Bliss, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

Install new kitchenettes at Building 2478, including a sink with running hot and cold water, upper and lower cabinets with countertops appropriate for food preparation. Install 220v wiring to support an electric range and a fire suppression system. The contractor shall provide all work, labor, materials, related fees, and related services for the construction requested until completion and acceptance of the entire work, except for any completed unit of work which may have been accepted under the contract. Construction services and finished products shall be delivered on schedule, safely, and compliant with regulatory codes and standards.
