Snow and ice removal services are required in support of the U.S. Army, 99th Readiness Division, to ensure safe and accessible conditions across specified facilities. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and management necessary to perform comprehensive snow plowing, removal, ice control, and related services in accordance with the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) and site map. Services must support a performance-based service acquisition approach and may include management of subcontractors, while ensuring compliance with Service Contract Act requirements. The contractor is expected to demonstrate the capability to handle projects of similar scope, scale, and complexity, maintain operational readiness during winter conditions, and perform at least 50 percent of the work if awarded under a small business set-aside. The requirement is anticipated to be awarded as a firm-fixed-price contract with a base year and up to four option periods.
