The work consists of 4", 8", 10", and 12" storm sewer relay including sanitary sewer remove and relay, sanitary sewer reconnections, sanitary sewer spot repairs, sanitary sewer spot CIPP liner, 8,738 linear feet of 8", 10", 12", 15", and 18" CIPP lining, 12", 21", and 24" storm sewer relay including storm sewer removal, catch basin removal, storm sewer abandonment, storm sewer inlet construct, storm sewer remove and relay, storm sewer spot repair, storm sewer outfall construct and reconstruct, storm sewer manhole construct, storm sewer remove and replace standard inlet, storm sewer chemical grout, concrete and asphalt pavement reconstruction, erosion control, restoration, and all incidental items necessary to complete the work as shown on the plans and included in the proposal and contract. Proposals must be submitted through QuestCDN.com via their electronic vBid online bid service. Prospective bidders must register with QuestCDN to download documents and submit bids. All bidders must provide proof of responsibility using the form furnished by the Director of Public Works, filed not less than five days before bid opening. No bids may be withdrawn for 60 days after bid opening without the City's consent. All proposals must include a bid bond of at least 5% but not more than 10% of the bid, and the successful bidder must execute the contract and a 100% performance bond within ten days of award. Only firms listed as plan holders by the City will have their proposals opened. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informality in bidding. Question Deadline 07/13/2026 All questions about the meanings or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to the Engineer in writing. No questions submitted less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the bid opening shall be addressed.
