Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Beaufort, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Project consists of the removal of existing asphalt surface, concrete subgrade, CABC subgrade, unsuitable materials, and establishing a stable roadway suitable for construction proposed pavement sections along Broad Street from Queen Street to Gordon Street (Sheets C203, C204, & C205), Live Oak Street (Sheet C206), Belle Air Street from Front Street to the end of the street (Sheet 2C01 & 2C02), and associated drainage infrastructure. The project will also include the milling and overlay of various Town streets. Contractors are notified that North Carolina G.S. 87 relating to licensing of contractors will be observed in receiving bids and awarding contracts. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, bid security, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.
