Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Chico, California. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Installation of City-supplied Audible Pedestrian Detectors at various locations and accompanying equipment in traffic signal control cabinets. Upon receipt of a written order for extra work from the Engineer, the Contractor shall provide a written response in no more than 5 working days detailing the work and the costs for same. A Change Order is approved when the department signs the Change Order. Until the Department approves a Change Order, the Contractor shall continue to perform the work under the Contract. If ordered in writing with a "Work Change Directive" issued by the Engineer, you shall proceed with the extra work so ordered prior to actual receipt of an approved contract Change Order. In those cases, the Engineer will , as soon as practicable, issue an approved contract Change Order for the ordered work. Bonds: 10% Bid Bond, Certified Check required. Question Deadline 07/09/2026 All questions and requests for information regarding the project must be submitted through online.
