Renovation of a military facility in Fort Bliss, Texas. Working plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies necessary to replace thirteen Carrier rooftop HVAC units with new TRANE HVAC units of the same capacity or approved equivalent, in accordance with the building schedule. Work includes full construction and completion of all related tasks required to deliver operational HVAC systems as specified. The magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The contract duration is 270 days after notice to proceed. All questions from the pre-bid conference must be submitted by 6 August 2026 via email to silvia.i.kane.civ@army.mil.
