Renovation of a detention facility in Devens, Massachusetts. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
The project consists of providing all necessary labour, materials, equipment, tools, and incidentals to remove and replace temporary bypass systems and perform factory-authorised commissioning services to replace the burner assemblies on three 23,450,000 BTU/hr. (700 HP) high-pressure steam York-Shipley Donlee Technologies, Inc., YSH-700-N/2 boiler burners. The contractor shall also replace the existing separate deaerator tanks and condensate tank systems with one new integrated, packaged combination deaerator and condensate surge tank system. Additionally, the work includes furnishing and installing comprehensive thermal insulation on all modified, new, and affected steam, boiler feedwater, condensate, and fuel oil piping. Location: 42 Patton Road, Ayer, Massachusetts 01432, United States. The estimated magnitude of this project lies between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
