Reference Number 0000430278 The City of Salida ("City") is seeking a Developer to complete remaining pre-development, secure funding, construct, and conduct operations for a 19-unit affordable workforce housing and flexible creative space project in Downtown Salida. This exciting project has already progressed into the development design phase and already has site plan approvals from the City. The previous Developer had to back out of the project due largely to their own internal financial challenges, which is why the City is soliciting a new Developer. The primary goal is to get the project funded within the next 1-2 years and to begin construction soon thereafter.
