Site work and renovation of a multi-residential development in Vancouver, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
Exterior Building Envelope Replacement Services including careful planning and safeguards to ensure tenant safety during renovation of the occupied building. Remove and replacement of existing EFIS siding. Install rainscreen, exterior continuous insulation, siding, trim, windows, soffits, and downspouts as indicated in the plan set and project specifications provided. o Remove and replace existing sidewall ventilation caps, replace with new and reconnect all ventilation ducting. o Exterior security cameras, lighting to be removed and re-installed to be concealed (not surface mount). o Remove and replacement of existing downspouts. o Remove and replacement of any rotten sheathing (please provide as per unit cost) o Remove and replacement of existing windows. o Remove and replace existing PTAC sleeves and grilles. Uninstalling and reinstalling PTAC units is required. Provide a per unit price to replace PTAC with BABA approved and AHRI CEE certified PTHP. System required to use r-32 refrigerant. Submittal to be approved by owner prior to installation. Refer to "Exterior Envelope Renovation Drawing Set page A650."
