The project limits span from the elementary school to the middle school in Milliken. Key project work items include curb and gutter, asphalt patching, stormwater management, traffic control, concrete sidewalk paving, ADA curb ramps, (2) stormwater inlets (Type R), and removals of existing sidewalk and curb/gutter facilities.
