Description

Site work for a military facility in Chelan, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a military facility.

Remove and replace three failing fiberglass composting toilet units located in the basement of the Fields Point Landing building with government-furnished Clivus Multrum Model 15 roto-molded composting toilet units. The existing composting toilets have reached the end of their service life and pose health and safety risks due to potential exposure to human waste. Work includes removal of the existing units, installation of the new composting toilet systems, and all associated labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to provide a safe, functional, and reliable waste management system. The objective of the project is to improve health and safety conditions for personnel and concessionaire staff by replacing the deteriorated composting toilet infrastructure with new units currently stored on-site awaiting installation.
