The Work generally includes approximately 335,209 cubic yards of common excavation, approximately 39,400 cubic yards of compacted clay liner, approximately 326,976 square feet of 60-mil HDPE geomembrane, approximately 267,923 square feet of geocomposite, groundwater and leachate drainage layers and collection piping, a stormwater retention basin, lift station, force main, and culverts, cell access road construction, erosion-control improvements, seeding, restoration, and other components required to complete Cell 5B in accordance with the Project Manual and accompanying Drawings. The Engineer's opinion of probable construction cost for the Project is $4,848,154.72 .
