Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Battle Mountain, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a conference / convention center; for site work for a conference / convention center; and water / sewer project.
The principal items of work for the LANDER COUNTY EVENT CENTER - PHASE II will consist of final site grading; installation and coordination of underground utilities; construction of foundations, structural piers, concrete slabs and associated flatwork; structural framing and building erection; installation of the building envelope and roofing systems; mechanical, electrical, plumbing, communications, and related building systems; site improvements; and all associated materials, equipment, appurtenances, and incidental work necessary to complete the vertical construction of the Lander County Event Center in accordance with the approved plans, specifications, and Contract Documents. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all Statements of Qualifications, to waive minor irregularities or informalities to the extent permitted by law, and to cancel or modify the solicitation when determined to be in the best interest of the OWNER.
