Project site is on an extremely tight urban parcel. Demolition and construction will be immediately adjacent to two existing buildings and a park area. Firms interesting in providing Public Construction Management at Risk Services (CM) or (CM-at-Risk) for New Facility, Division of Unemployment Assistance, Brockton, MA, are invited to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM). This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is the first phase of a two-phase procurement process as set forth in MGL Ch.149A. DCAMM is prequalifying firms interested in providing CM-at-Risk Services for this project through this RFQ process. Firms interested in being prequalified: 1) must demonstrate that they have prior experience as a Construction Manager or a General Contractor on at least three completed construction projects of a similar cost, complexity, type, and size as this project as it is described further below.
