Description

Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.

City Council will consider the award of a contract at its meeting at 7:00 P.M. on February 18, 2019. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the total bid, as a guarantee that the bidder will execute the contract and furnish the necessary bonds if the contract is awarded to him. Attention of Bidders is called to the requirements concerning the payment of not less than the prevailing wage and salary rates specified in the contract documents under Wage Rates, and the conditions of employment with respect to certain categories and classifications of employees. The City of Lock Haven reserves the right to waive any informality and to accept or reject any and all bids. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days. The City of Lock Haven is an Equal Opportunity Employer. This project involves the construction of a new one-story salt storage facility at the City of Lock Haven Public Works Facility located at 99 Second Avenue, Lock Haven PA 17745.
