The County of Carroll invites sealed bids on a FULL MAINTENANCE SERVICE CONTRACT for the (4) Otis passenger hydraulic elevators located in the Carroll County Governmental Center for the period of three years from May1, 2019 to April 30, 2022. The County of Carroll abides by the Virginia Procurement Act and require all bidders to comply with all sections of the Virginia Procurement Act. The County of Carroll reserves the right to refuse or reject any or all bids or to accept a higher bid if it is felt that the higher bid has additional value to the County of Carroll.
