The quantity of Work to be performed and materials to be furnished are approximate only, being given as a basis for the comparison of Bids. Actual quantities of Work to be performed may vary at the discretion of the City Engineer. Bidders shall submit their bids via electronic transmission pursuant to Public Contract Code Sections 1600 and 1601.
