Renovation of a mixed-use development in Stansbury Park, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Scope of Work: Selective demolition of floors, millwork, and other items as per plans and specifications. Some minor electrical, ceilings, and minor mechanical modifications. This will be a multiple phased project. Patch and paint with new finishes throughout clinic areas. Construction Budget: $942,154.00 Q & A deadline: Feb 10, 2022 5:00:00 PM CST A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount, made payable to The University of Utah, must be procured and submitted to the University of Utah within 24 hours after the bid due time. The bid bond may be scanned and submitted with the online bid via www.bidsync.com at the time of the bid. Construction Constraints: This project will take place in an active clinic and phased around patient care needs. Successful bidders should show 3 years of healthcare related construction projects. Given the multiple phases 1-11 & 15 shown on the attached plans for reference. This will require compliance with ICRA standards that will be provided by the owner after contract is awarded. Work closely with clinic staff as work progresses to address any needs that may arise. Successful contractor will need to have approved flooring installer requirement as per attached. The University of Utah reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any formality or technicality in any bid in the interest of the University. Completion- 300 calendar days
