Renovation of an educational facility in Anchorage, Alaska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The work consists of interior space renovation located at: University Center, 3901 Old Seward Hwy., Anchorage, AK 99503. IMPORTANT - due to the COVID-19 restrictions, University of Alaska Anchorage facilities have limited access, this facility will be locked and in order to ensure access to the facility for the pre-bid walkthrough interested parties shall be present at the time stated above for the walkthrough. All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond provided by a surety authorized to do business in the State of Alaska on a form provided herein, or a cashier's check. Bid security must be in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the maximum amount of the bid. Questions regarding this IFB shall be directed, in writing, to UAA Facilities Planning & Construction at uaa_fpc@alaska.edu for action, include bid number and project name in email subject line. Printed copies may be ordered from reprographic companies through electronically or by contacting a reprographer directly. Downloaded files may be printed on the plan holder's equipment. Plan holders are responsible for their own reproduction costs. No hard copies will be sent. Addenda to the project will be posted electronically.
