Site work and paving for a road / highway in Stewartstown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Contract #1 shall be for approximately 4,700 SY of street reclamation with Portland additive, and the placement of approximately 700 tons of SuperPave materials as required by the Technical Specifications. Each bidder will be required to furnish a Bid Bond or Certified Check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid. Upon the acceptance by the Borough of each contract/bid, a Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount for Contract #1 must be provided to the Borough. The Borough reserves the right, which is agreed and understood by all bidders, to accept or reject any or all bids and waive irregularities.
