Contract #2 shall be furnishing and delivering approximately 700 tons of SuperPave materials as required by the Technical Specifications. Each bidder will be required to furnish a Bid Bond or Certified Check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid. Upon the acceptance by the Borough of each contract/bid, a Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the contract amount for Contract #2 must be provided to the Borough. The Borough reserves the right, which is agreed and understood by all bidders, to accept or reject any or all bids and waive irregularities.
