The University of Nebraska-Lincoln is requesting proposals from qualified bidders to provide all material and labor to complete the renovation of roughly 20,000 square feet of Louise Pound Hall including areas of the first and second floors of the building to house Global Affairs units in a new Global Education Center. Work will be done in phases to be coordinated with the selected contractor. The new Global Education Center will include classrooms, gallery space, Global Affairs Offices, student lounge spaces, conference rooms, and student breakout spaces.
