Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a 133,000-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
In general the project consists of a new 133,000 SF Highway Maintenance Building, a 30,000 SF Cold Storage Building, a 20,000 ton capacity salt storage building, and a Fueling Island. The Maintenance Building is generally of structural pre-cast concrete with steel bar joist and deck roof system. The Cold Storage Building is to be a pre-engineered metal building on concrete foundation. The Salt Storage Building is primarily wood frame and concrete foundations. BP #2 includes: Site and Building Excavation, Concrete Foundations and Flat Work, Site concrete, Asphalt Pavement, Pre-Engineered Building, Salt Storage Building, and Site Fencing and Gates.
