Meet with Town of Walkersville representatives to discuss and advise on overall project. 2. Train staff to use and troubleshoot new equipment. 3. Service calls 4. Provide temporary set up upstairs while main meeting room is under renovation. Main Floor Town Hall Meeting Room 1. New audio visual system to be installed in newly renovated meeting room in compatibility with streaming service used to broadcast all public town meetings. 2. Provide and install a minimum of 12 microphones to be wired to the system DSP. 3. Provide and install 8 new speakers into ceiling. 4. Install 70 Inch TV behind dais to allow for presentations to be displayed during meetings. 5. Install 70 Inch TV on side wall on a swiveling wall mount 6. Provide and install camera behind the dais to capture person speaking at presentation table. 7. All audio and visual systems should have the ability to be controlled from tablet or touch panel. Second Floor Ballroom 1. Install satellite audio system that connects with main floor system. 2. System should use existing ceiling speakers. 3. Provide and install minimum of 8 wireless microphones. 4. All audio and visual systems should have the ability to be controlled from tablet or touch pane
