Renovation of a municipal facility in Lewistown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 3,450-square-foot municipal facility.

This project consists of interior modifications to a 3,450 SF area on the first floor of Mifflin County Courthouse previously occupied by the Probation. The County intends to enter into a single contract for such (which is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act if over $25,000). Bidders can view the Project Manual at the reception counter of the Mifflin County Commissioners Office or through various construction plan services. Proposals shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond, Cashier's Check, Trust Company Treasurer's Check or Certified Check made payable to Mifflin County in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the Bid proposal. No Bidder may withdraw a bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The Mifflin County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any bids, or to waive any informality in the bid process when it is in the best interest of Mifflin County, and may reject the bid of any bidder who they determine is not qualified to perform the Contract. The construction duration is currently scheduled to start approximately March 15, 2022 and be fully complete by May 15, 2022.
