Per City Rule 137-049-0160 the City of Eugene is seeking quotes for designing and implementing a security system at the former Steam Plant in downtown Eugene. Est. value $60k-$90k depending on the scope needed. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. In general, work includes designing and implementing a system to manage or prevent burglary and trespassing at the former Steam Plant. Work will include assessing existing electrical system to support said security system and repairing or replacing outside security lighting. While the schedule is flexible, the City intends for the work to be completed within the next 60 days.
