The Department of Energy, Western Area Power Administration, Rocky Mountain Region (Western) invites you to submit a quote for "Horizontal Borehole Services" under Request for Quotes (RFQ) 89503223QWA000471. This solicitation is issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 237990 and the applicable size standard is $39.5 Million. This letter is not an integral part of the RFQ, which is a self-contained stand-alone document. In the event of any conflict between the contents of this letter and the enclosed RFQ, the RFQ language shall prevail.
