The City of Manitowoc intends to contract for Electrical to Install One (1) New (KOHLER) 100kw Natural Gas-Powered Back-up generator system for the City of Manitowoc Senior Center Building located at 3330 Custer Street, Manitowoc, WI. A Bid Bond or Surety 2000 in the amount of 5% of the bid must accompany each proposal as a guaranty. NTENT AND SCOPE OF WORK The City of Manitowoc intends to contract for Electrical to Install One (1) New (KOHLER) 100kw Natural Gas-Powered Back-up generator system for the City of Manitowoc Senior Center Building located at 3330 Custer Street, Manitowoc, WI. It is the intent of the City of Manitowoc to have the Contractor furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supplies necessary for completing all work in this project. All work included in this Contract shall be performed according to the plans and specifications, and to the satisfaction of the Buildings and Grounds & Fleet Manager. The City of Manitowoc reserves the right to delete any portion of this Contract. The City of Manitowoc intends to award the lowest bidder based upon the qualified bid results and intends the work to begin upon receipt of the "Notice to Proceed". The work shall proceed in a neat and orderly manner. The Contractor shall contact the Buildings & Grounds Manager, Jeremy Walvoord (920) 374-0403 with any questions.
