The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the City of Boiling Spring Lakes to acquire as needed comprehensive disaster recovery management services. The selected contractor, working closely with and at the direction of City staff, will assist in strategically managing the project development and administration of any and all federal and/or state disaster programs related to declared emergencies or disasters that occur during the term of this contract. Davis-Bacon & Copeland Anti-Kickbacks Acts--Not Applicable The City reserves the right to retain all proposals submitted and to use any ideas in a proposal regardless of whether that proposal is selected. Submission of a proposal indicates acceptance by the Proposer of the conditions contained in this Request for Proposal. The City of Boiling Spring Lakes reserves the right not to issue an RFP and to cancel or modify this solicitation at any time if it deems, in its sole discretion that such measures are in Boiling Spring Lakes' best interest. The City of Boiling Spring Lakes looks forward to reviewing A Woman Business Enterprise is a business with at least fifty (51%) percent owned and controlled by women who exercise actual day-to-day management. A minority business enterprise is defined as a business, with at least fifty (51%) percent owned and controlled by minority group members.
