Renovation of a municipal facility in Jim Thorpe, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 58,824-square-foot, three-story above grade municipal facility.
County of Carbon has Issued for Bid renovations of the Courthouse. The County will be looking for the following prime contractors: General Contractor Mechanical Contractor Plumbing Contractor Electrical Contractor Addenda, if any, will be issued electronically . Prospective bidders are encouraged to obtain the bidding documents well in advance of the mandatory pre-bid meeting. A certified check or bank draft, payable to the County of Carbon, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in the amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid, along with all required items as indicated in the Bid Documents. This project is subject to the provisions of the PA Prevailing Wage Act. The award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder submitting a bid in conformity with the specifications. However, the County reserves the right to reject any or all bids. This project is financed by County of Carbon. Clarification Deadline: 7/20/2023 5:00 PM via PennBid
