SCOPE OF WORK: In six different locations around the City of Lake Oswego, various amounts of 2" and 3" Grinding, Paving inlay, and overlay. It also includes adjustments of manhole lids, valves, and monuments as needed and final pavement markings to match existing. COMPLETION: Project Substantial Completion shall be September 29, 2023, and Project Final Completion shall be within 20 days (October 19, 2023). The City will investigate and determine the qualification of the apparent successful Bidder as part of its evaluation of the responsive Bid with the highest points.
