As of August 29, 2024, construction has been completed. No additional information is expected. In general, this project consists of a 8,000 SF addition that will be creating additional classrooms and also a 9,000 SF remodel in the existing school to create additional commons space. The new addition will consist of masonry bearing with brick veneer, metal panels, metal & rubber roofing, aluminum storefronts, interior finishes, and associated sitework. This will also include new MEPF systems to service the space. The commons remodel includes demolition of the existing space/structure, new walls and interior finishes, skylights, and rework of existing systems. The Owner is considered a tax-exempt entity, therefore WI. Stat. 77.54(9m) will be utilized on this project.
