Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Martinez, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The work generally consists of renovation of up to 4,400 feet of existing sewer pipe lines by open-cut methods. The estimated cost of construction is $4,500,000. Central San, at its discretion, may add additional sites to the project after Award of the Construction Contract.
