Renovation of a transportation facility in Lewistown, Pennsylvania. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.

As of 8/18/23, per Owner, project is closed, no plans for re-bid. A Bid Bond in an Amount Equal to 10% of the Total of the Bid Shall Be Submitted With Each Bid. The Contractor, in Accordance With Executive Orders 11625 and 12138, Must Utilize to the Greatest Extent Feasible, Minority and/or Women Owned Business Concerns Which Are Located Within the Municipality, County or the General Trade Area. Prevailing Wage Rates Are in Effect for This Project. The Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids or to Waive Any Informalities in the Bidding. Bids May Be Held by the Owner for a Period Not to Exceed 60 Days From the Date of Opening Bids for the Purpose of Reviewing the Bids and Investigating the Qualifications of Bidders, Prior to Awarding the Contract. Award of the Contract is Subject to the Approval of the Penndot Who is Providing Funds to Complete the Project. Contract Documents, Including Technical Specifications May Be Reviewed at the Office of Track Technology, Inc., 10 Water Street, P.o. Box 10, Ludlow, Pa 16333.
