The successful bidder will be required to submit a Performance Bond, Maintenance Bond, Certificates of Insurance, and ORC Section 3517.13 Affidavit. The City of Waterville reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities in any bid, and to accept any bid which is deemed to be the most favorable to the City.
