Renovation of an educational facility in Richmond, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

This invitation is for elevator upgrades in the Commonwealth building as specified in the following bid at Eastern Kentucky University's Richmond Campus. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary to complete the project outlined in the event and attachments including all items indicated throughout the event. Work will begin immediately following an official Award of Contract and Purchase Order from Eastern Kentucky University. A point of contact for EKU Project Management will be provided to the awarded vendor at time of award. Liquidated Damages: - $200 per day until Substantial Completion- $100 per day until Final Completion Substantial Date for Completion: Ninety (90) calendar days after the Start Date stated in the Written Purchase Order. Final Date for Completion: One hundred twenty (120) calendar days after the Start Date stated in the Written Purchase Order. Question Deadline 01/04/2024 at 2:00 PM ET Submit via the Q&A Board with in this solicitation event.
