Renovation of an educational facility in Richmond, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Madison Kindergarten Academy Renovation project will be for HVAC upgrades to include new lighting, new ceilings, paint and partial roof re-placement. If a bidder wishes to mail a bid, it should be mailed to the Madison County Board of Education, 301 Highland Park Drive, Richmond, KY 40475 to the attention of Dr. David Gilliam, Superintendent. Mailed bids must be received prior to the above-mentioned time and date. All bids received prior to the closing time will be publicly opened and read aloud. Late bids shall not be acknowledged and will be returned unopened to the contractor. The bids shall be guaranteed for a period of sixty days and no bid may be withdrawn prior to the sixty-day period. Upon arrival, all persons must sign-in at the main office. The existing property is located at 301 Highland Park Drive, Richmond, KY 40475. The Madison County Board of Education reserves the right to accept and/or reject any bid deemed to be in the best interest of the Madison County Board of Education in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the Kentucky Department of Education. The CM stated the deadline for questions is the close of business Wednesday January 17, 2024. All questions shall be emailed to tcurry@tracecreek.net and cc'd to tthomas@clotfelter-samokar.com.
